【Features of the Professional-Use Roller】

…Wear-resistant bearing features… Conventional products only had copper plating on the inner ring, which caused wear resistance issues. By applying hard plating (tungsten alloy plating) to the inner ring, ① wear on the stainless steel balls and inner ring is greatly reduced, extending the bearing life. ② Sliding between the stainless steel balls and the inner ring is improved, enhancing rotation. ③ The inner ring is highly resistant to wear, so it does not become loose even after prolonged use. ④ Rust on the inner ring has been eliminated.

…Wooden handle with brown urethane coating… Excellent feel and water resistance.

…Plated metal hardware… The hardware is plated, giving it a premium look.

…Easy to see!… The gap between the roller and the body is wider than conventional products, making the joint easier to see.

…Features of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (Newlite)… ① It is lighter and has better dimensional stability than urethane or glass-fiber reinforced nylon, allowing it to rotate smoothly. ② It has excellent wear resistance, far superior to urethane, glass-fiber reinforced nylon, or fluororesin (6 times that of fluororesin). ③ Its sliding and non-stick properties are equivalent to those of fluororesin, so it releases easily from glue. ④ It also has excellent impact resistance in Izod impact tests. ⑤ The water absorption rate is 0.01% or less, providing extremely good dimensional stability. ⑥ It has excellent chemical resistance and withstands acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. ⑦ While the molecular weight of ordinary polyethylene is 20,000 to 300,000, that of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene can be more than 100 times greater.
