This is a heavy-duty L-shaped adapter for sockets by ANEX (Kaneko Seisakusho). By attaching a socket, you can tighten bolts and nuts in narrow areas. It features a replaceable shank design so that you can replace it even if the bit is twisted off during heavy-duty work, and it is compatible with 18V impact drivers.
