This is an ANEX (Kaneko Seisakusho) screw extractor impact driver. It is a set consisting of a mini impact driver and screw extractor bits. Strike the rear end of the screw extractor bit with a hammer to drive the tip into a stripped screw, then attach the bit to the mini impact driver and strike the rear end again to loosen and remove the screw. With an advanced tip shape that bites into screws, it is compatible with both pan head and flat head screws.
