This is a fixed blade (230 mm cutting width) for Kyocera (formerly Ryobi) lawn mowers. It is an important component that meshes with the reel blade like scissors to cut grass. Replacing it when the sharpness declines will restore a clean cut.
The LM-2310 model (6077087) features a double-sided ground blade.
